BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Good day I would like to report this company Daly Credit Corporation in Durban KZN, this is one of the wors credit collector's, from day one this was a problem.

Lets start payment arrangements was made to pay R100.00 pm on the 28th, then a week goes by they start harassing you with emails, informing you that you did not made the payment and they will do a summons or take the next steps to get the payment. I have never missed a payment from the day I started paying them. Then the phone calls saying there is no payment, so please tell me how do they do credit control, I have all the proof of payments that was made NEVER missed a payment I can proof that. I have started blocking emails and SMS's and phone numbers for every email, SMS phone call they bill you YOU WILL NEVER GET THE ACCOUNT PAID on they way they charge you. This is not acceptable. They love to threaten with legal emails and calls, I don't know if the Management does not train the staff but on this note I don't think they all are corrected trained, Management you are not up to standard please check your credit control system IT IS NOT WORKING nether your supervisors.
