Annoyed

These people would call you daily to settle your debt but after settling as arranged, they don't communicate at all. I sent an email last week Monday still no response. I was left with R94 to settle my debt but they debited R200 and I'm still waiting for my refund and settlement letter. They said they'll communicate within 48 hours but still nothing. They don't care about us.
