AGENTS NOT TALKING SAME LANGUAGE

My communication with daly credit corporation is very bad, on the 06/10/2021, I called them wanted to confirm if my payment was reflecting, and I spoke to the lady name Vuyiswa and she advised me that I must call again after 12pm on the 07/10/2021, payment will reflect or allocated. Today 07/10/2021 I call again and I spoke to Fikile and she advised me that payment will reflect after 7 to 9 days if its EFT . I m confused, communication with agents and its not same. I was advised that after payment allocation, I will receive my paid up letter after 2 days, today Fikile told me after 8 weeks . Not sure who can assist me with correct information. DOES DALY CREDIT CORPORATION EXIT.
