Abusive acompany

I've communicated with your company multiple times regarding my account. I have been asking for a settlement quote and none of you gave me a set amount, until I called and one lady advised on the amount with a 20% discount, I paid it on 30August 2022 and was told it has not reflected , you added interest and did not bother calling me, I have been to truworths store 3 times requesting for the reflection of the money and asking how am I owing 3200, to my surprise I get another message from you at Daly that I own 3900.

I spoke to one of your consultants who advised that she will escalate it and come back to me, she has not, this was 3 weeks ago. Now I am still recieving messages from your company requesting me to pay money that was reduced as a discount.

Please attend to this as a matter of urgency. Its not the first time of me sending an email to this group of people and none of you ever respond to it.
