ABSA AND Daly – Credit Corporation WITHHOLDING SINGLE MOTHERS MONEY

They only get one star because I have to give one to write review, I would rather give them none.

My cheque account went into arrears a few years ago due to my ex-husband that stopped paying his maintenance without any warning and due to all the debit orders going off from my account I could not afford everything at that stage and had to provide for my daughter all by myself.

Daly – Credit Corporation contacted me after a while and at that same stage I received a tax refund that was paid into my account in excess of the amount overdrawn in that account. The account was then up to date and a refund was due to me, for more that a year now I have been trying to get that refund, initially Daly – Credit Corporation answered my emails and said they will have it paid to me asked for my details everything send to them but lately they do not eve answer my emails.

I am a single mother and really need that money but for more than a year now I have been begging for it without any hope.
