A very stressed client

I am in absolute distress right now ,I am owing Nedbank and this has been handed over to Daly ,I have an affordable arrangement in place of R300 however I'm receiving emails and texts so often of summons being issued to me, I cannot handle the stress anymore ,it is affecting my health as well ,how does one pay more than what they can afford or why am I being harassed after putting an agreement in place via a debicheck
