I settled my account on their portal on the October 1st 2024 On the 10th October , they charged me interest and other outstanding fees on an account I ALREADY settled. When I called to enquire - the Indian lady was very dismissive. It's been 5 days since I asked to be called by the Manager, I am also still waiting for my account statement and settlement letter.
HELP!
