Worst service ever,

One of my staff had a small fender bender last year and Santam arranged for the bakkie to go to DALS. They were extremely late with the repairs giving every excuse under the sun. Then when we collected the vehicle the repairs were not done correctly - Stevie Wonder could do a better job of quality control. They wanted us to leave the vehicle so they could have another go - I refused. Driving the vehicle out it had no power and was smoking and we are still having issues with it - I have told Santam it will now go to a panel shop of my choice to get rectified and they will have to sort out the bill with DALS
