Worst service delivery and attitudes in a long time!

March 2015 was my first booking with Dals Montague Gardens. After the repairs I was contacted by Linda Holman to settle the excess. Due to the company I work for, we do not pay for any excesses ourselves. After a gruesome telephone conversation, I informed Linda thereof and on the day of arrival Linda refused to communicate with me and kept on sending messages via the secretary. After some time Linda came out and with the most arrogant tone of voice saying to me, that she does not deal with these kind of things and that I need to sort it out myself. I asked would she not even be willing to assist me, as I am not aware of what their procedures. It was to my amu*****t that she said that she does not deal with the 3rd party, if it was the 3rd party whom sent her the excess form to begin with. I said to her for the second time that I do not appreciate the manner in which she is dealing the situation and I will have it sorted myself. After a few phone calls, the matter was resolved and I sent the secretary to inform Linda. Please note that not once after the issue was resolved did Linda come back to say anything about the misunderstanding. She was present at reception again and did not even feel the need to approach me. Perhaps an apology was not necessary, but it would've been a courteous gesture.

Due to the exceptional craftsmanship, I returned to Dals for a second job, without even condsidering another company.

After waiting months for feedback on when and if my parts will be ordered, I physically drove to their workshop in Montague Gardens. The relevant person dealing with the bookings and ordering of parts (at that time) was unavailable and I left a message at reception for her to contact me a.s.a.p.The next day I called Whasima again, after not hearing anything from her. All she had to say was that it was not her responsiblity.I did not ask her who's responsibility it is, I merely asked why, even after my visit, she still did not contacted me. That is my concern.I fully comprehend that she needs authorization from the Insurer, but surely after I sent a "temporary" confirmation, she could've asked Citroen whether or not there are parts available, and book accordingly. She said that she wont do anything, until such confirmation has been sent to her.So I did not know when the Insurer will send the confirmation, as the assessor inspected the vehicle that morning. Regardless of what the necessary requirements are, all I wanted was some form of communication and/or feedback. I do believe that even after the telephone discussion, she still does not grasp this, as she totally believe that she did not need to communicate with me. She kept on talking above me and disagreeing with everything I said. She still said that no one told her that I was at their premises, which is untrue, as I saw the receptionist writing her the message.

Both of these instances was reported to their director Wayne Gibson. Wayne did apologise, said that he will investigate and refer back to me. Till today I have not had any feedback whatsoever.

After all of this, I would've thought it is an opportunity for change and to enhance their services however, it is almost 5 months after the second job and I still haven't had any feedback on delivery of parts that are already quoted and paid for.

This is totally unacceptable and I am shocked to see that this sort of behavior runs through all levels at their establishment.
