Terrible service and workmanship

My vehicle was to be returned to Dals auto Panelbeaters in Montague Gardens for the third time this morning due to shoddy workmanship. I am dependent on my vehicle as I am an electrical contractor and need my LDV. The agreement with Schalk was that he would pick my LDV up at 09h00 this morning. I have just phoned Dals to confirm that they are on their way, only to be told by Schalk that they have no power this morning and would rather want to pick up the LDV tomorrow! I have now wasted an hour of my precious time waiting for them only to be told that they are not coming! TIME IS MONEY! POOR SERVICE! WHAT A SHAME BRINGING YOUR COMPANY INTO DISREPUTE!
