TERRIBLE SERVICE

I had an accident over a month ago and my car was towed to DALS AUTO. Sean at the branch was very helpful in explaining the process and how approximately it would take to fix etc.<br> <br> Its been way over a month since they took my car in and only now its fixed. I called in on Monday 29th February to find out when it would be done and someone by the name of Schalk told me that my car would be done by Wednesday 2nd March and also told me that thwy would drop it off once it ws done. When I called in on Wednesday, the receptionist assured me that my car would definitely be done by Friday. <br> <br> Welll... Its Friday and when I call earlier at approximately 3PM , Linda (not sure of her title) told me that I needed to collect my car at 3:45 as they close at 4pm. I am based in town and montague gardens is quiet a distance- especially when you have NO TRANSPORT! <br> <br> I am furious!!!!!! As I have to wait another weekend without a car! <br> <br> All Linda could say was ,\ I am going to send though your invoice so you can make payment in order to get your car on Monday\". She has promised me that they will deliver my car on Monday- so we will have to see.<br> <br> <br> VERY BAD SERVICE. "
