Shocking Repair Work

I had an accident with the rear bumper of my Kia Sorento and SANTAM my insurer told me I had to go and have my car repaired by DALS Montague Gardens. A few weeks after the repair the bumper was protruding on the right-hand side, and it also revealed that the bumper hadn't been fully painted on the edges. The car went in for warrant repairs today. While driving home I noticed a continued rattle coming from the back of the car. This time they hadn't fixed the bumper to the brackets of the body of the car and the bumper is loose. I will be advising SANTAM to refrain from using DALS Montague Gardens and will also inform KIA to have the approved repairer status removed.
