RUDEST ATTITUDE AT DALS CLAREMONT

I have sent my car at Dals Claremont for repairs couple of times, yet not the cheapest. But yesterday I was treated with little respect and EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE, where I was shouted at and treated like a ***** by (who I think is) the manager or owner. He didn't even care to know that I was a customer... Therefore I have decided to never bring my car to DALS CLAREMONT again and make sure if anyone asks me not to do so. There is cheaper and better service = attitude around the corner anyways.. Even IF I am in the wrong or NOT, people can still talk to one another in a civil manner. Clearly NOT this person!
