<p>I was referred by my vehicle insurer Affinity to Dals Auto Panel in Claremont as they do business with them and as they were not going to pay for my car due to the claim being within excess. I sent my Mother to take the car for repairs as I'm out of town. I asked if they could repair the damages as quoted by the insurer and they asked if i could get the quote from the insurer. The insurer refused to give me the quote and i decided to repair what i could afford. They had previously given my Mother a quote of R39K that i could not afford and i could only afford R25k, so i asked my Mother to ask them if they could work with what i have and just repair the damages that are necessary. They refused doing so, I find them very unprofessional in how they handled the whole situation and are *******'s in a sense that they just there for the money and not to help people. </p>
