REPORTED LOST OF PROPERTY AND NO FEEDBACK RECIEVED

Hello Peter <br> <br> On the 20th of July 2015 at 13:00pm, I sent through my vehicle for repairs at Dals Panel Beaters. On the same day after leaving DALS I telephoncally reported to Ashley Fiser (receptionist) that had forgotten a VERY sentimental cd in my vehicle (inside the cd player) that i had recieved from a famiy member i had recently lost. Ashley Fiser promised that she will have a look and keep it safe. I then called the next day to follow up and she responded by saying she saw the cd and not to worry it will be kept safe in the stores. On the 30th of July on my return to DALS to pick up my car after repairs. Both Ashley Fiser and Schalk Visser could not find my cd in the car or the workshop. I had explained to them that its not just any Cd but it carrys great priceless value. I was promised a phone call by Mr Visser to give me feedback upon investigation on that day and till date he hasn't come back to me. I am disspointed at the fact that as a paying customer till date i am being told that Mr Visser is too busy at the workshop to return my calls. I have recieved no joy, no apology or any feedback concerning the investigation of my lost property. Case hs been handled poorly.<br>
