refusing of courtesy car
Dear Hello Peter Team, I hope this email finds you well. My name is Desiree Johnson, and I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident, resulting in my car being taken to Dals Auto Panel in Montague Gardens, for repairs. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of assistance I have received in obtaining a courtesy car from Dals Auto Panel. It is also stated on the quote that a courtesy car is included for 2 weeks. As someone who relies heavily on their vehicle for commuting to work, the prospect of being without transportation for the duration of the repairs, estimated to be two weeks, poses a significant challenge, particularly considering the distance between Brooklyn and my workplace in Eersteriver. I understand that accidents happen and that repairs take time, but I was hopeful that Dals Auto Panel would be able to provide a courtesy car to alleviate the inconvenience caused by this situation. However, despite my request, I have been informed that this is not possible. I was informed that the 2 courtesy cars are being used by other clients. Surely DALS does not just have 2 cars. Given the circumstances and the impact this has on my ability to fulfill my work commitments, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter with Dals Auto Panel. Any support or intervention from your end would be greatly appreciated. My vehicle is insured with Santam for only 1 month now. Unfortunately, I did not add a courtesy car to my insurance as I could only afford the current premium. I mentioned to my insurer that I will add it at a later stage, not knowing the accident would occur. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require any further information or clarification regarding my situation. I can be reached at *** or via email at ***
Kind regards D. Johnson
