No integrity in repair of vehicle

I have an accident in July of this year and my car was towed to Dals Goodwood for repairs. Firstly there was no correspondence from them with regards to the progress, I had to do all the phoning around. They disabled my alarm system for the repair, and have refused to reconnect it. There are all sorts of noises on the vehicle, and worst of all they charged me for a set of wheel covers and all they did was take a wheel cover off from the other tyres and put it on to the one that was missing, like it wouldn't be noticed? Once they have no answers for you they do not respond to your correspondence. Is there no integrity in business?
