I am expressing my dissatisfaction regarding my prolonged delay in getting my car fixed with the repairer. I have had my car staying with them for almost 6 months. There was a delay of parts from their supplier and the ETA kept changing from month to month. I and my insurance had given permission for them to source used parts but they never did. I had to collect my car and fix it with another repairer and within 2 weeks, I had my car fixed and my smile restored.
