Dals the worst Panel Beater

I took my car for fixing on the 21 July and I was told in two weeks time it will be ready and in two weeks time I was told they just received parts and will be ready on Friday. On Friday they said it will be ready early the following week and i waited, and I gave them a call (8th) and response was \ready the following week."again. On Tuesday (15th) I called them and the say Friday it will definitely be ready and on Friday they said the are very sorry they got the wrong parts but will be ready by Monday and Monday they said I must come and take it on Tuesday 22 Aug at 16h30. On Tuesday about 16:00 they called me and told me its not ready yet"
