DALS LIBERTAS DODGING TO REFUND EXCESS FEE OF R15000- JUST PAY BACK MY MONEY PLEASE!!!

I made a claim with MIway Insuranceafter a business vehicle accident, They said my vehicle was repairable after assessments and they asked me to pay an excess fee amount of R15 000 to DALS LIBERTAS IN GOODWOOD Cape Town which i did on the 4th of April, Dals gave me an expected day to get my car back which they did not do only to say that my vehicle was deemed a write off. I accepted this and sorted the rest with my insurance who were forcing me to write it off at first until we reached a settlement figure and i took my vehicle back. Although miway said that DALS was suppposed to pay back the excess fee directly to me of which they haven`t. Its almost 2weeks now and they are giving me all sorts of reasons of not paying back my R15 000.

Since 24/04/2019 i have been writing several emails to THARWAH SCHULLER, BRONWYN CUPIDO and their manager MALCOM COLLINS. Is started from them saying they will pay in 72 hours, then to saying we shall pay in due course then to just ignoring my emails even to saying to monthend now- and now i am not hearing from them at all. I called and i spoke to Bronwyn today (06/05/2019) who was very rude and said she needs to find out and will call me in 10 minutes, 10 minutes has since passed,

All i want is my R15000 BAC**** This is a business vehicle that should have been since back on the road . WHY ARE YOU KEEPING MY MONEY??? THIS IS ****************?? NO BODY CARES AND MIWAY IS NOT DOING MUCH FOR ME TO GET BACK THE MONEY TOO. They said i paid DALS which is correct but it is their service provider and they should make sure that i get my money back too. If i do not call myself or email - no one cares. Please all i want is my money back and i need it right away. I will never make use or your services or recommend them to anyone else - infact i will tell everyone i meet about this horrible experience i am having with you!!!
