Bad service

We have been without a vehicle for 3months. The service and communication is very bad. They only update you when they feel like it. They dont respond to your emails unless they have something to tell you. They inconvenience their customers by requesting postponement in the same week that they promised that the vehicle would be ready. They do not call back when they promise to. They are inconsiderate and without customers experience. Think twice before doing business with them. I am actually dissapointed in Auto and General for referring us to them!!!!!
