Very angry customer

I have no idea how can iWYZE use this company. My car has been with them since 9 December 2022. They have been ordering parts since then. They have no sense of urgency. I need my car to travel to work and transport my child to school. I already informed the insurance about DALS incompetency and I will make they never use them again. This is madness, my car was not that badly damaged for them to take this long .. And its Hyndai, clearly they are ordering these damn parts from overseas
