I'm extremely disappointed in the repair you guys did on my vehicle it was a very **** job with no pride and care for a customers car.. Especially for a shop that's RMI approved! First of all u didn't repair my front bumper as quoted in your reports, you fitted the wrong tire on my vehicle, the back wheel bearings is making a hell of a noise I find it strange that who ever test drove my car didn't pick it up.. And In front if I press brakes the car makes a squeaky noise, my towing cover was not fitted back on my car aswell how can you guys deliver a vechicle in this condition to me I really don't know!!! The front bumper which u "repaired" still has holes in.. U just sprayed over the holes!!! How could your Q. C pass this car? It's like u did a lap job on my car.. Not fixing it properly.. U just got it back on the road.. I'm not driving a mark 1 golf or a s**** car.. It's a audi for crying out loud n you good see the condition it's in!!! I want you to come and collect my car tomorrow morning where you dropped it off this afternoon or IL bring it till by u.. It's sickening the way u fixed my vechicle.
