Slow and useless repairer (Misleading Company)
This panel beater is a useless panel beater. They had my car for over 3 weeks just to fix a passenger door and window. I gave them 2 weeks before the car came in for repairs so that they can source parts before I bring the car in and they gave me the date to bring in the car so that they can fix it. But now its 2 weeks of sourcing parts while the car was with me and 3 weeks they have had the car with them just to fix a damn door. Imagine how long they would take just to fix serious car damages. I do not recommend them and if you respect your time you would not bring your car here find a better reliable and transparent companies. I do not know how insurance companies have accredited these people.

10 Oct 2023, 11:18Hi, Lucky we really have tried to rectify all the concerns that you have brought to our attention and you were informed about the door lock (unseen damage) then on Friday when the lock arrived we saw that the cable was stretched, and you insisted that you wanted the vehicle. This is damage we could not have seen and will always rectify to make sure you are satisfied.
