My Ford Bantam 2009 has been in an accident since 5th August 2021 My insurance has sent my vehicle there for repair.,until today ,I still have not received it. My assessor has assested damages for R22000 ,from there Dals supposedly suppose to have stripped,say damages went up by another R10000. Dals say they have found this after stripping which was not the case. They have sent me a photo with damages at same with the extra R10000 quote. However ,this I have since brandnew,and no problems, now they found the fan does not kick in after all the repair work has been done. Firstly,they welded the front section incorrectly, caused a delay,now they messed up the electricals causes another delay I do not what do anymore.
