I just came to collect my car at Dals in Goodwood after it has been with them for repairs for a month

I just came to collect my car at Dals in Goodwood after it has been with them for repairs for a month. There was repairs needed to the front and rear of my car after an accident and they also replaced my battery. I paid my excess and the car was handed back to me - saying that I must just ignore the brake light that is on; my brakes are fine and Ford can sort it out for me. When I left I noticed the following was wrong with my car: radio doesn’t work; speedometer doesn’t work; my doors no longer lock automatically and both the emergency brake and ABS lights are on. How can a team hand me back a car like this without checking it properly. They are now busy in the yard trying to fix it quickly. Everyone keeps apologising, but how is this acceptable service?
