Extremely dissapointed and Angry customer

Hellopeter, I would like to expose Dals libertas panel beaters for the terrible workmanship on my Iveco panel van! I accepted a quote for the parts to be replaced with new parts, the rust to be repaired and resprayed however, this did not happen instead they reused all the damage parts on the vehicle again.. The rust was sprayed over without being fixed! I called to follow up and asked Shanaaz thrice if the vechicle was complete and ready to collect and she confirmed Micheal, the manager said it was done. I know this because I lodged a compliant with the assessor. I refuse to take the vechicle back to Dals libertas Goodwood.
