Poor and shoddy service and poor interpersonal customer liaison from Willem Burger at Dals Libertas c/o Voortrekker / N7.

We are sad to hear that you feel this way however, Mr Burger has tried to assist you in all ways possible without tarnishing our relationships with the insurance company. We will continue to assist you with the new claim however we need to stay within our service level agreements with the insurer.

15 Jan 2023, 23:12Mr Burger did not hear or listen to word I had to say and had a preconceived explanation for my request (technical write up)... As I said to him the handles having peeled has nothing to do with me using them - as the part I use on the handles has no "wear and tear". Besides, I asked him nicely for a quote for the handles last week and I am still waiting...
This is the kind of service professionalism levels of Mr Willem Burger and team (who seems must do as they are told by him).
My car even had white polish residue / scuffs on the side of the seat and foot plate (I have the images to prove).
I have delt with Stephan from Dals City Bowl whom was a pleasure to converse with and work through.
I will never be able to recommend Dals Libertas brand in a good light due to the poor all-round service.
