Bad service bad workmanship

Last year my Toyota quantum GL was high jacked, recovered then sent yo Dals Goodwood there's was absolutely no care what so ever maybe bacause l am black l had yo call the all the time they would never update me 2ndly repairs was done to my car l was promised a guarantee on paint work but today there is rust under the paintwork there are non polished places in the car my suspension has never been right and finaly l never received all the tools for Tyre puncture problems mainly my car has rust all over as if it was never taken to a professional establishment
