Bad Service

My vehicle was taken Bodyworks by Dals Libertas last year December and I January this year thats when the job was completed. I went to fetch my car and drove home to PE, 9n my arrival in PE I discovered that the workmanship was poor and I reported the matter, they said i must return the vehicle back to Cape Town for rework.

I asked them who's going to pay for the fuel and accommodation and they were not willing to do that. They resorted on getting a Bodyshop in PE which is Paramount Bodyworks. Paramount agreed to fix the rework of Dals Libertas but they won't provide the courtesy car.

Dals Libertas is refusing to give me the courtesy car as I am inconvenienced in terms of mobility.
