Bad experience

I find that when you go via an insurance, you get good treatment, but when you go as an individual, you are hardly recognized. I have dealt with the manager Mario in both instances and it's shocking to see the difference in treatment. I went for my car to be assessed on 28th July and to date 8 August, 7 days later, I'm still waiting on the written quote, I have called in twice and left messages for him but to no avail. He didn't even bother to call me back, yet he took photos of my car. He wasted my time and petrol driving to his workshop, Will not recommend them to anyone
