DALS managed the repair very professionally, despite the challenge of having to import parts from overseas
DALS managed the repair very professionally, despite the challenge of having to import parts from overseas. Regular communication on status of delivery of parts, status of vehicle repair progress and estimated completion was done to give me comfort that vehicle repair was giving the full attention I expected. Staff member, ***lin, provided me with weekly updates which was appreciated given the long delivery on the required parts. Vehicle pickup was done well with the manager present to reinforce work that was done and any follow up required. Great job DALS team!!!

DALS city bowl was incredible to work with
DALS city bowl was incredible to work with. They worked directly with my insurer, but kept me updated and were clear on communication through every step of the process. My car was taken care of with the upmost respect and meticulousness. The staff members were professional, welcoming and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need any assistance in the future. Excellent service and experience overall

DALS city bowl was incredible to work with. They worked directly with my insurer, but kept me updated and were clear on communication through every step of the process. My car was taken care of with the upmost respect and meticulousness. The staff members were professional, welcoming and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need any assistance in the future. Excellent service and experience overall

DALS is the most professional and efficient workshop I have ever had to work with. They sorted my vehicle in record time and the workmanship was incredible. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Wow! Would not use any other workshop or recommend another
