Want to Blacklist me for something they can't prove

They say they are going to list me for a medical account I appearantly didn't pay 3 or 4 yrs ago. I paid 99% of it but just decided nah .. I won't pay the R300 and then bam - 3 yrs later Blacklisted. When asked for proof of this I was told they will send it. Still waiting. When I try to contact them their email address does not exist or work. Website contact us is broken. What a joke. Even rep**** to their SMS and still nothing. I don't want to speak to someone over the phone, I want an email so I have it on record. But I guess you too fancy for email
