just pathetic

January 2017 they contacted me to inform me that I have an outstanding bill. I then provided proof after the fact that the account was settle and yet they still contact me to settle an account, how pathetic.

I feel sorry for anyone who is contact by these so called lawyers who doesn't understand the law.
