Dali Mantlana Attorneys / city of Joburg

Dali Mantlana Attorneys are phoning nearly every week to urge us for payment for City of Joburg. What is unbelievable that they dont even update their database. They have no clue of the balances / accounts. They even phone first my husband talk to him and then phone me 2 minutes later for the same reason. We are guessing that they getting paid for the phone calls they make as they dont care about if they phone the correct people with problem accounts. They are not interested at all to solve ongoing problems when there are some or listen what you have to say. We told them long time ago that City of Joburg is charging us water, even if we never used water as we are on borehole. They never solved this issue with City of Joburg. Dali Mantlana said they will contact them and sort this out.... Never happened, but they phone us every week to ask for payment, even when we have no open balance. Thats all they do.... phoning and getting paid for their brilliant services.
