Worst Property Establishment ever.

On the 11th December 2019, my friend and I sent through our Application for one of their properties and we received an automated response stating that if we are successful we would get a call within 3 to 5 working days and if our application was to be declined we would then get an email advising us that we were declined, the whole of December 2019 we never heard a thing from Daleglen so we decided to follow up on our application. The lady that responded to me said that our application was declined and when I asked her why she said all their documents were "shredded" as they don't keep our personal information so she does not know. We then decided to apply again for one of their other properties and guess what we were declined again with no reason. Even if you qualify financially for Daleglen properties you will not be accepted unless you "meet" their criteria. This kind of establishment is not for all people. I really hope someone can look into Daleglen and set them straight. Super annoyed
