Useless Agency

These people suck. I reported broken tiles in my apartment long before the lockdown started but until today they haven't responded or done anything about it. They ignore you. They don't fix anything. They are very quick to chase around when they want something from you but not when it comes to maintenance or fixing stuff. I wrote them many ties about my issue and the just keep ignoring me. I live in @Virage...the also mention that the place is safe...the place gets broken into almost every time. There is no security. It was removed...but they keep saying it's safe there. They only bring security when there is a viewing so that you would think it's the safest place. I'm tired of these people. I'm not gonna rent with them any longer.
