THE WORST PROPERTY GROUP IN SOUTH AFRICA

Daleglen Property Group truly doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is by far the most ******, rude, ineffective, unaccommodating, intolerant property group in the Western Cape. Their agents perpetuate the company's mission, which is to provide the worst service in South Africa. Furthermore, if you manage to read a copy of their standard lease agreement, it is filled with ********* and bad faith clauses, such as: (1) paying for refuse, sewage, and water (extremely uncommon among every other property group in SA); (2) paying for the owners bank chargers that the owner may incur as a result of you paying for rent; (3) cancellation clauses and forfeiture of deposits that are ridiculously one-sided (in gross favour of the owner); (4) increase in rent clauses without any reasonable notification. The standard Daleglen lease agreement is not capable of being amended at all. If you even consider signing the agreement, have a lawyer read over it, and I can guarantee you that they will strongly advise you to not sign the lease.

Trust me - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY GROUP!!!
