Daleglen is famously Cape Town's worst property group

I don't know if I have encountered a business as poorly run as this. Some of their staff are nice enough, but that is where the positives end. Understaffed, under-resourced and with incredibly poorly organised business structure. It seems they are intentionally this bad at the back end, so as to save money by avoiding repairs through sheer incompetence.
