Daleglen duds

To anyone out there want to rent a flat my advice is avoid Daleglen Properties.

I rented from them for over 11 years and now that I have moved and after receiving an email from the residential portfolio manager that my deposit would be paid back 21 days after vacating the property here I am still waiting 27 days later.

When I phoned her last week Friday to query this she told me it was 21 working days and when I pointed out that was not what she put in her email she then fetched my lease and read it to me and to her surprise the lease says 21 days not 21 working days. When I told her I expected my money by close of day she told me I was rude and put the phone down in my ear.

This is not the only problem I had with them over the years regarding money. Before the prepaid electricity meters were put in my electricity was cut a couple of time because they didn't pay the account on time despite getting the payment from me with my rent each month.

The residential portfolio manager told me she doesn't do the payment however as the manager she should be up to speed in what is happening in the department, isn't that a managers job??
