Agents lie, unproffessional service

Received an email stating i was successful in my application for a rental, 2 days later received a call that the email was a mistake which did not make sence as it was directed to me with my name on the email, i was told i was unsuccessful due to credit check however no credit check was done, the agent then said she still needed to do a credit check and offered me another flat saying i was successful without doing a credit check, sounds very ***** , thank god i did not pay any money to this company they seem like *******, do not advise potential renters to use this company
