SECURE JHB- EXPERIENCE FROM HELL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please do not use this company. I have been manipulated regarding Roboguard Beams that were installed on my property in December 2017. From day 1 I have experienced problems with these beams installed. From day 1 I have been given the run around. I was first told that the product required a period of 4 days to be tested, its now 4 months later, the product is still problematic. THEY STILL TESTING! I was **** too, i was told that these beams only detect human movement, pet friendly, it would not be affected by wind, rain, No false alarms, it covers a radius of 20m, I only needed 3 in my yard, the best product on the market. After his tech did an assessment and fitted the beams, we find that most areas on our property remains uncovered and not as per the information provided by his technician. Please do not believe this guy , he misleads customers into using him and when the job is done then he uses all the excuses in the book to get out of it. I have had HELL with this company, there are NO words to describe the experience i have endured with them in the past 4 months. He uses customers to TEST products. Shame on you Shannon
