Poor communication and organising

Me and a friend booked the Namibia trip with them. There was a lack of communication from the beginning, there were a few things we wanted to get more information about but phones and emails were not responded to at times.

When we go to Namibia, there were accommodation issues that were too much to ignore. We were told will be staying at a "4 star" accommodation but it was a "1 star" quality. I showered with cold water for 3 mornings and the electricity kept on tripping.

Our host did not have much knowledge about the area and information was communicated last minute. They said they made a reservation at a restaurant and the restaurant was not aware of that. Their communication and organising skills were very poor.

The ladies we travelled with made the trip fun and exciting.
