Don’t waste your money stay away

Stay away from this agency.

Booked a trip to Singapore and Bali.

The host Lebo was extremely unprofessional she befriended one of the ladies on the trip and completely forgot about her other guests.

There was lack of communication the whole thing felt like an instagram picture taking exercise. No context was given about the sites visited it was all about taking pics d moving yo next destination.

The transport arranged for transfers in Bali was uncomfortable the group was 19 ladies and they packed us in a mini bus that barely had AC and no space it literally had 19 seats mind you we are African women so you can just imagine.

Some of the sites we were supposed to visit never happened. No explanation of apologies.

But the cherry on top was when we checked into our hotel in Bali and the room had mould and we informed the hostess. We arrived at 2pm and after hanging around for about 2 hours we found her just chilling at the lobby and only then did she start trying to move us. Another traveller and myself took it upon ourselves to find suitable rooms for us that didn’t have mould.

She lacks professionalism and is completely aloof.

Lucky we met great ladies and had fun on our own dispute the mess that is Dalani Trip Planners.
