Lying staff with elements unprofessionalism

The level of unprofessionalism in this s**** yard (Dal panel beaters) is shocking. 1) They are not honest with clients, I was kept being told that they are waiting on parts for 3 months all to find out they didn't order them at all. 2) I had to call them for progress report and literally all the calls between us where done by me which I just got lies from and no one knows something so everytime I had to restart.

Thanks that my insurance Co accepted my repairer at another shop because I still don't trust that my car would have been fixed in 2023 with Dal for a claim of 3 December 2022.

If you are someone who doesn't need their car back for at least 3 months to a year to be fixed then feel free taking it to that scrabyard (Dal panel beaters).
