DAL Panel Beater*****r Service

I took my car to DAL Panelbeaters for repairs, and for 3 months and 4 days, nothing was done. Frustrated by the delay, I requested a courtesy car, which they provided. However, the moment I received it, my car was suddenly "fixed" within a day—this clearly suggests they had an issue with me using their courtesy car.

To make matters worse, my car was returned with multiple scratch marks that were not there before. I have photo evidence proving this, yet they refuse to take responsibility. After waiting so long, I expected my car to be in top condition, but instead, I got it back with new damage and deep disappointment.

This experience has been frustrating and painful. I strongly believe insurance companies should allow customers to choose their own panel beaters because this level of service is unacceptable. Every time I see the scratches, it reminds me of how poorly my car—and I—were treated.
