Bad service Dal Groblersdal

The most useless panel beater in Groblersdal. The staff is so *********** and unprofessional . They never keep you informed of the progress. You always have to check with them to know how far they are with fixing your. One minute they tell you they are almost finished then the next they tell you they do not have parts or the courier or supplier did not deliver the parts.Please take my advice,never take your car to them. I honestly think they treat their customers differently and unfairly. I had to wait for weeks to get my car for just a simple bumber. What I hate the most is the false positive feedback they give to their clients, one thing all my car parts where delivered, and then the next thing nothing was delivered. Careful when you take your there as they don’t have better turn around time, And they are not honest to their clients. How can you tell your client that you spoke to the courier and is on it’s way, and then the next thing there was no such thing that the courier was on the way. I am even afraid now cause it looks like my car will not be fixed according to how is supposed to be fixed. All the lies I received from them I doubt I will have my car fixed accordingly.
