Humiliation & **************

Dear Peter,

I am a 35 year old pregnant woman. (8 months pregnant)

I am at utmost disgust after I was humiliated & discriminated in front of the entire crowed of customers by a bunch of security guards along with their centre manager (Falcon security) at Daku Spar supermarket. Spar employees were also involved in this commosion. I have always bought all my groceries and uses their atm facilities over the years until I was treated with disrespect by the above mentioned company members.

The incident began when I arrived at the entrance of the store asking the security guard to please spray my hands with a sanitizer. He refused telling me that I not was allowed to enter the store without a mask. A second security guard approached me with an attitude telling me I should join a que as I was not the only pregnant person that wanted to buy and that I was not sick but "just pregnant" Because I was not going to explain my medical history to a stranger in the supermarket. I then decided to leave and go get a mask. When I returned I was still denied access to go in. It was then I went to a nearby police station to seek assistance, and 2 constables escorted to the shop. However I was still harrased inside the store by now a few employees of spar as well as Falcon security members telling me we need to speak outside store... After the police had already left. Drama continued. (see footage of the incident) I was now drained, my pressure levels was high. I worried about service and how much all these employees knows about the the eated by these company members and very disappointed by the actions of the so called professionals.
