Memory ******* !!!

<p>I purchased an sd memory card on 3/7/2017 in Dakota music store Durban . On getting home inserted the sd card in my phone . Nothing !!! Tried another ,still sd card not readable . Too it back this morning and was told its my mobile phones which were problematic </p> <p> </p> <p>The store manager ,a lady , tried on her mobile ,her co- workers mobiles and their computer with no luck .</p> <p>I kindly asked if i could do a top up of money and getter a better sd card . Lady manager rudely said its not possible .i asked for a refund and again was told its impossible !!!!!!!</p> <p>Now surely what is possible ? I was then given another sd card of the same make of the *******ed and faulty one . We again went through the process of proving that again it does not work which it didnt after an hour .</p> <p>They refused a top up ,they refused a refund but they took my hard earned cash. Very very unfair indeed and very poor customer service </p>
