Horrible, lies, ****ming...and does not respect the law!

In November 2024 I bought a TV that changed price from R2800 to R2900 on the same day, this was thievery and scheming to justify it they said the " Dollar/Rand fluctuations" I kept quite, and did not question this strange economics given the fact that I only did economics at university, anyways I paid R2900 a few hours being told the TV was R2800...I let that slide.

The screen went white and I was told that the TV has 5 months warranty on the 02 February 2024 I returned it for a replacement or a refund. I was told that they will fix it, in March the TV was still in store, not collected or fix, I requested to upgrade from 43 to 50 inch and we had a verbal agreement, I agree to come in April and was informed I could come anytime I wished to, and requested that it be after the Easter and was told no anytime...I have been going to the store for months, been **** to, this is not a business, they have simply refused my rights and have ****med me my TV or refund.

I went on the 30 of April 2025, to pay for upgrade but this time, I was told I had waited long and it was my fault. This is not a business that operate with rules, I was told today 30 April 2025 that I can go and report them...they are a big business.

These act like ****mers, *******, not a business, they have refused to replace or refund my TV....they sold me a faulty product, refused to replace it. It's worse because it run by people who claim to be of faith, what faith is that that teaches you to **** people?
